Welcome to the FAQs!!

Are you guys a gym with memberships where I can workout on my own?

We are a private coaching studio, clients come to for expertise to allow them to reach goals they pursue outside of our space.  Clients often train for these goals at other facilities, in their garage, sometimes even with other coaches/trainers/therapists – we just speedtrack and facilitate their success.  We do not sell gym memberships or allow clients to work on their own in the space.

Do you guys have showers, towels, lockers?

Clients have access to the showers, and locker room inside of Sculpt Physique Fitness (where we are located).  Shower towels, and body wash are complimentary, however no shampoo is provided.

What kind of people do you work with?

We pride ourselves on our ability to work with the individual.  Some of our clients are athletes and some are retirees, while others are just ordinary people.  Some have no experience in a gym setting, and only wish to move better without pain. The one common trait all of our clients possess is a desire to learn, acquire new skill, and be better today than the day before.  Our community is welcoming and accepting.

Do you guys have parking at your facility?

We operate below a large 4 story parking garage that we share with Cover 3.  Surface level parking is also available but quite limited.  The parking garage contains large spots, elevators, and multiple access points.  During lunch hours the garage can fill up to where you will need to park above level 2 (there is a gate on level 2), in this case please bring your parking ticket so that we can VALIDATE it for you.  Alternatively, you are welcome to valet your car at Cover 3, in which case we validate and leave you responsible for the tip.

Can I just show up and book a coaching session when I arrive?

We only schedule by appointment.

What kind of equipment do you have and use?

We are proud to feature American made fitness equipment (Barbells, Dumbbells, fitness machines, Gymnastic Rings, Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, suspension trainers, etc)  made by businesses located within the USA, including Cybex International, Onnit Fitness, Rogue FItness, and TAG Fitness. In addition, to the regular fitness equipment manufactured by the above businesses, we also utilize a variety of other small devices, tools and charts for Z-Health training and assessment.  Our Bulgarian bags are the originals and thus they are not made in the USA.

Can I come to see you guys if I am working with a physical therapist or chiropractor already?

We work with all problems and all people, so yes come on in.  We will be up front about our opinion and happy to exchange ideas and work with whomever is helping you.  Many of the chiros and PTs in town already know of us, and vice versa.

What is Z-Health?

Z-Health is a fitness system that reshapes the way you train by focusing on and improving the connection between the brain and the body.  Currently, it is utilized by athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, professional soccer, and the Olympics to improve performance and eliminate pain.  Courses run around $3500 each, are packed full of life altering post graduate level information, and require travel and lodging outside of Texas.  There are very few Z-Health trainers in the Austin area, Phil is one of the most educated Z trainers in the country. What should I wear?

While we appreciate you looking your best, dressing up is not necessary.  Show up in clothes that allow you to move and bend comfortably, this way you can fully benefit from your session.
